Jude Sandvall first on the ballot for Aurora Mayor
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Aurora, CO - Small business owner Jude Sandvall is the first candidate for Mayor
of Aurora to earn a position on the November ballot.
“It is a testament to our massive grass roots campaign that we were able to garner
our petition signatures so quickly” said Sandvall whose campaign has already walked
to more than 10,000 voters doors over the past four months.
As a father and small business owner Jude feels that reaching out to citizens at
their front door is the most important part of learning and understanding the issues
important in each and every neighborhood. “You will be seeing slick mailers, television
ads, and polling from candidates but the only way to truly know what is on peoples
minds is by listening to them at their door” comments Sandvall.
He plans on hitting the ground running once elected mayor by tackling these issues
including a plan called Aurora CMAP (city management, accountability, and performance)
that will bring a new level of accountability and performance to the city, reopen
libraries and pools that have been shuttered, and create a better environment for
all businesses in Aurora to be successful.
“We have a once in a lifetime opportunity, right now, to move in a new direction
and begin to rebuild a solid foundation for our city that will benefit our children
and grandchildren in the future”
